Paper and Pen offers editorial and online support to clients on a pay-as-you-go basis. Unlike other PR companies, to whom you would pay a large annual fee regardless of what gets done, Paper and Pen are happy to do as little or as much as you need, from the occasional tweet to weekly press releases and everything in between.
Things we can help with include:
-Creating and maintaining social media pages including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest
-Writing product copy, for websites or print
-Designing, writing and sending newsletters
-Editing written content for grammar, or to the highest standard of English
-Planning, writing and publishing blog posts
-Researching and writing press releases
-Compiling comment or articles for newspapers, magazines and websites.
How it works
For us, the most important thing is to offer a service that is personable, reliable and friendly.
An initial discussion will help us determine how we might be able to help; you tell us what you need and we tell you if we can do it. We are happy to work with an existing PR presence or start from the beginning and will of course take careful note of any deadlines.
The way we charge depends on what you need our help with; as a guideline we would charge by the hour but there are options for daily, weekly or monthly payments if this is more convenient. Our job is to make things easier for you and your company.
Why Paper & Pen?
Letty White-Spunner has an MA in English from the University of St.Andrews. Since graduating in 2013, she has undertaken various roles which have seen her write for fashion designers, hoteliers, couturiers, interior designers, startups, artists, musicians, authors, lifestyle websites and a chef.
She writes a monthly interiors column for Beyond Bespoke and has recently contributed to Sheerluxe, Country Life, The English Home, The Resident, Real Homes and House and Garden.
